Waterborne epoxy emulsion paint crosslinking agent
Waterborne crosslinking agent and waterborne epoxy technology are synchronous development. For water-based epoxy emulsified crosslinking agent, the crosslinking agent has the function of crosslinking and emulsification. The first successful water-based epoxy emulsion crosslinking agent is Casmide360 and its modified product Casmide362.
Early, USES the amidation polyamine used as crosslinking agent of type I waterborne epoxy system, although it can make the liquid epoxy resin emulsion, but the poor performance after crosslinking, water resistance and chemical resistance is poor, should be modified to keep them after crosslinking performance close to solvent epoxy resin coating.
Because polyamide kind of crosslinking agent emulsification system of epoxy resin applicable period is shorter, crosslinked coating flexibility is poor, poor impact resistance, coating of brittle of the modified polyamide class crosslinking agent performance is still not very ideal, therefore, used in waterborne epoxy emulsion crosslinking agent of crosslinking agent is mainly polyamine - epoxy adduct.

The modified crosslinking agent is used for the preparation of epoxy resin construction glue and the adhesive has good comprehensive performance.
