The effect of coating crosslinking agent on emulsion performance
In the case of n (-nco) : n (-oh) and MMA, the effect of different crosslinking agents on the properties of modified water-based polyurethane coating properties was compared.
Emulsion and water-based wood paint performance test method
(1) NCO base content: tested by titration analysis in GB 6743-1986.
(2) solid content: tested by GB 1725-1989.
(3) coating hardness: tested by HG/T 3828-2006.
(4) emulsion viscosity: the coating - 4 cups, were tested under 25 ℃.
(5) adhesion: test in GB/T 9286-1998.
(6) minimum film temperature: test in GB 9267-1988.
(7) film absorption rate: test by literature.
Flexibility at low temperature (8) : at room temperature on polypropylene film coating preparation 1 layer of paint film, drying after 7 d, off polypropylene film, the film in low temperature refrigerator - about 20 ℃ for 24 h, the film is about 20 ℃ - folding, watch film rupture, deformation, and blank, wrinkling and other anomalies. No rupture of the paint film indicates the low temperature flexibility.

With filter paper test solution for distilled water, under test plate in the middle part, take the filter paper after 72 h, placed in the sun after 2 h, visual observation, if there is 2 frames in the 3 boards does not appear bubbles, such as crack, flake coating pathological phenomenon, but allow slight discoloration and slight loss of light, is named "without exception".
(10) alkali-proof: the test and evaluation method is the same as the normal temperature and water resistance, the test liquid is 50g/L of NaHCO3, the test time is 1 h, and the experiment is left with 1 h observation.
Alcohol resistance (11) : with normal temperature water resistance test and evaluation methods, test test solution for volume fraction of 50% ethanol aqueous solution, the test time is 8 h, place observation after 1 h after test.
(12) polluting: resistance test and assessment method with normal temperature water resistance, pearl river brand pure black ink as a test fluid, test time for 5 h, place observation after 1 h after test.
The effect of water dispersion temperature on emulsion performance. The water dispersible temperature was synthesized by different water, and the properties of emulsion and coating were measured.
Respectively using room temperature 45 ℃ water emulsion and water emulsion, emulsion from clear to white, low-temperature film-forming, viscosity and increase hardness, storage stability. This is because the emulsification, due to the low reactivity, IPDI and part in the late response - NCO residual, when emulsion with 45 ℃ water, increase the - NCO reactivity, part of the residual - NCO react with water, causing the emulsion particle size, viscosity, emulsion appearance and storage stability. Therefore, we should choose the normal temperature water emulsification process.
