The cashew phenolic water-based polyurethane coating crosslinking agent
With bio-based cashew phenol as the starting material to synthesize cashew phenol glycol (CD), with natural polyol sucrose as the crosslinking agent, under the condition of no catalyst synthesized by crosslinking type cashew phenol based waterborne polyurethane.
By FT - IR, XRD, 1 h NMR studies of the structure of polyurethane, and explores the different molar ratio of sugar/CD hydroxyl than material particle size distribution, tensile properties, thermal properties, the influence of the water.
The results show that sucrose and CD successfully plug in the chain of polyurethane, and the molecular chain is disordered. After modification, the size of the emulsion is increased, the material is waterproof and the tensile strength is improved obviously, and the heat stability of the material is improved. When the sucrose and CD molar ratio of alcohol to 1:1, the film 24 h bibulous rate is 11.3%, the tensile strength of 34.9 MPa, the elongation at break was 1164%, the initial thermal decomposition temperature is 238 ℃, material comprehensive performance is the best.
Rubber paint is made of natural rubber derivative or synthetic rubber. The characteristics of rubber paint are the density of coating, good anti-permeability, rich solubility and high physical mechanical strength. The coating is good for corrosion resistance, oil resistance and water resistance.
Chlorinated rubber coating can be used in the temperature under 70 ℃, usually in a dry atmosphere, the temperature at 100 ℃ coating won't break down.
