Silicone coating cross-linking agent in the organic silicon has excellent thermal oxidation stability, almost all above 300 ℃, flash point is flame retardant. The study shows that a small amount of silicon compounds can be added to the polymer materials, which can be used to capture the principle of carbon and gas phase free radical.
By introducing the block copolymer polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) into the polymer, the bending and impact resistance of the material can be enhanced. Using the diamine base PDMS as cross-linking agent, it is another effective way to introduce the silicon structure into epoxy resin.
White pigeons using one-step or two-step synthetic silicone cross-linking agent double (4 - amino phenoxy) dimethyl silane (APDS), and APDS/CYD - 128 using TGA method crosslinking process of thermogravimetric analysis, get the initial weight loss temperature (5%), temperature (Tmax) of 306.0, 339.0, 750800 ℃ when the carbon residue rate of 36.20%, 34.96%. With the addition of silicon, the heat stability and flame retardancy of crosslinking are improved.
The flame-retardant properties of the APDS/cyd-128 crosslinking agents were tested using LOI method. The LOI value of crosslinking increases with the increase of crosslinked APDS, and when the ratio is 35:10, the LOI value reaches a maximum value of 31.6, which is 63.7% higher than the 19.3 pure cyd-128.
