There are two ways to introduce these silane into the primer: 1) the metal components are dispersed to silane hydrolysis products, and the resulting pulp or paste is dispersed into the resin. 2) first disperse the metal particles into the silane hydrolysate/resin mixture and then disperse the silane water solution into the resin. In both methods, silane must be sufficiently hydrolyzed and silane crosslinking is sufficient.
And we observed that in each of these approaches, the final formula has a hydrogen dehydrogenation. Generally, in the hydrolysate/metal dispersion method, CoatOSil * MP 200 silane hydrolysate of hydrogen evolution than reference solution (without adding silane) and lquest * A - 187 silane hydrogen evolution amount is much less obviously.
