Test raw materials: dl-1000d, dl-2000d, ep-330ng: industrial level; Toluene diisocyanate (TDI) : industrial grade; Chlorinated paraffin (52 #) : industrial grade; Calcined talcum powder (1,250 eyes) : industrial; Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) : industrial products; 3, 3 '-dichloro-4' - diamino-diphenyl methane (MOCA) : industrial; Sinic acid (T - 9) : industrial grade; Anti-aging agent BHT264: industrial grade.
The preparation process. Part A: polyether DL - 1000 - d, DL - 2000 - d, EP - 330 ng according to certain proportion to join four flask, temperature to 110 ℃ and keep pressure dehydration 2 h under 0.085 MPa, and cooled to 80 ℃, 3 h, the addition of the TDI reaction temperature and discharge.
