Polyether amine series coating crosslinking agent
In the main chain structure of polyether amine, due to the polyether bond, the crosslinking product has good flexibility and cold resistance at low temperature. Therefore, it can be used as a flexible crosslinking agent. With the different structure of the modified polyether main chain and the sealing terminal amino, the synthetical properties of the polyether amine series crosslinking agent will change accordingly.
JEFFAMINE polyether amine series crosslinking agent is the representative product of flexible crosslinking agent. Polyether amine series crosslinking agent has developed the monoamine, diamine and three amine products, recently, and the development of the secondary amine, a resistance amine and poly methylene glycol (PTMEG) base polyether amine products, further widening the scope of products.
Polyoxyethylene diamine (XTJ - S90) is a kind of low relative molecular mass of the active polyether amine, crosslinking speed is four times that of ordinary polyether amine D - 230, color light, flexible, can be used alone or mixed with normal polyether amine, the crosslinking products with excellent mechanical properties and resistance to impact.

Polyether amine application field
(1) high performance composite materials: polyether amine can be used as the high performance crosslinking agent for epoxy resin and used in the production of high strength and high toughness composite materials;
(2) the polyurea: as key components of polyurea material, high in iron bridge, bridge, dam, large venues such as waterproof concrete structure system has a lot of application examples, and shows excellent performance;
(3) coating: with a relatively low viscosity, it can reduce the amount of solvent and reduce the viscosity of the system when applied to epoxy floor or anticorrosive paint.
(4) adhesive: as the crosslinking agent of epoxy resin, it has excellent toughness and fatigue resistance after complete crosslinking, and has been widely used in adhesive and structural adhesives.
Polyether amine synthesis process including intermittent and continuous two kinds of technology, it adopts the production process for the continuous fixed bed process, using the load on the carrier of metal catalysts, the advanced production equipment and technology, catalysts with high efficiency, therefore the product conversion rate is high, less side effects, low production cost and stable performance, but the equipment investment is huge.
Compared to continuous production, small batch process equipment investment, can easily switch different product categories, but low production efficiency, high cost, product quality at the same time also exists a certain gap compared with continuous method.
