Polyamide coating crosslinking agent

Polyamide coating crosslinking agent is synthesized from plant oleic acid dimer and ethylene amine. The crosslinking agent and epoxy resin have the following characteristics in the application: the cross-linking properties have good temperature crosslinking performance.
The crosslinking has good adhesion, not easy to flake, has good bending resistance and good impact resistance.
Crosslinking has excellent insulating properties.
The epoxy resin has the advantages of wide range, easy operation and long duration of mixing.
Polyamide crosslinking agent has low toxicity and can be used in some health food application field
Polyamide crosslinking agent application fields: applicable to epoxy mortar coating and the coating, pipe storage tank surface anti-corrosion coatings, drinking pool and food packaging, waterproof coating leakage, insulation materials, electronic potting materials, epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastic composites, such as the widely used in epoxy adhesive, iron oxide red antirust primer and epoxy anticorrosive paint.
Appearance of polyamide crosslinking agent: yellow to brown transparent mucus
In order to improve heat resistance, aromatic amine and its modificates can be added in the formulation of polyamide - epoxy resin. The crosslinking of polyamides is slower at normal temperature, and the crosslinking of 1 to 3 portions of phenol or DMP - 30 is accelerated.
