The phenolic epoxy resin crosslinking agent PCD was synthesized by polymerization of cashew phenol, formaldehyde and diethylene triamine.
Experimental results showed that phenolic epoxy crosslinking agent between PCD and a variety of epoxy resin (E - 44, E - 35, F - 44) has good compatibility, crosslinking system after the tensile strength of 43.52 MPa, the compression strength of 85.09 MPa, 8.9% elongation at break, heat deformation temperature of 125 ℃, 2 h hardness.
Improved the crosslinking system hydrophobic, reduces the surface tension of the crosslinking system, increase the crosslinking system was coated on the surface of the liquid and permeability, and PCD and excellent resistance to chemical media performance. Therefore, the development of phenolic epoxy resin crosslinking agent PCD is a good cross-linking agent.
