Phenolic coating crosslinking agent
2017-8-28 11:42:48
Phenolic coating crosslinking agent mainly refers to the epoxy resin sealed with bisphenol A.
The preparation is done through the so-called chain process, which is the same as the two-step method or the chain method.
Because the resin contains weak acid phenol hydroxyl, it can be activated by a small number of mimidazolated catalysts and can provide the crosslinking of active H and epoxy resin.Plus it and epoxy resin has almost the same chemical structure, has good compatibility with each other and dissolving properties, phenolic crosslinking agent does not produce after crosslinking structure damage caused by the different shrinkage rate, so as to retain the can give all the performance of epoxy resin, such as excellent adhesion, coating, chemical resistance and solvent resistance, thus phenolic crosslinking agent is a kind of performance is very excellent epoxy crosslinking agent.
Currently, it is the first choice in various functional anticorrosive powder coatings such as oil pipeline, building steel bar, large packaging container, coil and other metal accessories.
The phenolic crosslinking agent designed generally has the following performance parameters: OH equivalent range 235-235, softening point 265-90 ℃, and the average molecular weight Mn st13 of 90.Due to the reaction of the epoxy resins, the catalyst is needed to induce and facilitate the use of the catalyst, and the right amount of 2-methymidazole and the fluider is added to the manufacturing process.
In order to further improve the heat resistance and anticorrosive properties of coatings, we usually use phenolic epoxy resin.According to the equivalent relationship of resin/crosslinking agent, the mixture ratio of the two can be 25 to 38 parts / 100 phenolic epoxides.Because of the imidazole promoter, the best application performance can be obtained by using an excess of 5-10% of epoxy.
Phenol, which is an ArOH, is an aromatic compound that is replaced by hydroxyl (-oh) on aromatic rings. The simplest phenol is phenol.Phenolic compounds are the compounds produced by hydroxyl substitution of the hydroxyl group in the benzene ring of aromatic hydrocarbons, which can be divided into monophenol and polyphenol according to the number of hydroxyl groups.

Phenolic compounds are hydroxyl derivatives of aromatic hydrocarbons, according to their volatile volatile phenol and non-volatile phenol. Most of the phenolic compounds that exist in nature are the result of plant life activities. The phenol contained in plants is called endogenous phenol, which is called exogenous phenol.Phenolic compounds have special aromatic odors, which are weak acidic and easily oxidized in the environment. The toxicity of phenolic compounds is the largest with phenol, and the content of phenol and cresol is the highest.
Hydroxy directly and aromatic nucleus (benzene or thick benzene) sp2 hybridization of carbon atoms linked molecules called polyphenols, this structure has similarities with fat enol, nothing will happen tautomerism, called interconvert phenol type structure. However, the structure of phenol is relatively stable, because it can satisfy the structure of a direction ring, so the phenol is the main existence form in the intertransformation isomeric equilibrium.
Phenols, cresol, aminophenol, nitrophenol, naphthol and chlorophenol, etc., are most prominent in phenol and cresol.
Phenol, also known as phenol, is also known as carbolic acid, slightly acidic (corrosive), volatile under normal temperature, and emits a special irritant stink, which turns pink in the air.The commonly used disinfectant in hospitals is the dilute solution of phenol sodium salt.
Cresol, also known as coal phenol, is similar to the chemical activity and toxicity of phenol, and it often exists simultaneously.
The phenol type is different from the number of hydroxyl groups directly connected by its aromatic ring, which can be divided into monophenol and polyphenol.According to its volatility can be divided into volatile phenol and non-volatile phenol. One yuan more volatile phenol (boiling point within 230 ℃).The simplest phenol is phenol, a colorless solid with a special odor, which was first found in coal tar and is also known as carbolic acid (because of its acidity).
