PVC coating plasticizer
The role of PVC coating plasticizer is to increase the softness of the coating. Plasticizers are essential for some coating materials that are brittle and have good softness and other mechanical properties.

The plasticizers do not dissolve the base resin, and they can be mixed with the base resin only if they are not too much added. The plasticizer has only physical function (lubrication) on the base resin, and the effect on the mechanical strength of the coating is not as large as the main plasticizer. But the plasticizer is easy to migrate or infiltrate from the coating, which makes the flexibility of the coating worse.
The addition of plasticizers in coatings has a certain influence on many properties of the coating, such as tensile strength, strength and toughness, extensibility, permeability and adhesion. Use of two octyl terephthalate (plasticizer DOTP)

4. chlorinated paraffin paraffin wax is mainly used as a plasticizer for chlorinated rubber paint. Its addition amount can reach 50%, and it will not make the chemical resistance of chlorinated rubber coating worse.
