Polyether amine application field
(1) high performance composite materials: polyether amine can be a high performance epoxy resin curing agent, used in the production of high strength, high toughness of composites;
(2) the polyurea: as key components of polyurea material, high in iron bridge, bridge, dam, large venues such as waterproof concrete structure system has a lot of application examples, and shows excellent performance;
(3) coating has lower viscosity, used in epoxy floor paint or anticorrosive coatings, can reduce the dosage of solvent, reduce the system viscosity;
(4) adhesive: as curing agent of epoxy resin, solidified completely after excellent toughness and fatigue resistance, widely used in the adhesive and structural adhesive.
Polyether amine synthesis process including intermittent and continuous two kinds of technology, it adopts the production process for the continuous fixed bed process, using the load on the carrier of metal catalysts, the advanced production equipment and technology, catalysts with high efficiency, therefore the product conversion rate is high, less side effects, low production cost and stable performance, but the equipment investment is huge.
Compared to continuous production, small batch process equipment investment, can easily switch different product categories, but low production efficiency, high cost, product quality at the same time also exists a certain gap compared with continuous method.
