Main plasticizers of phthalic acid two formic acid esters
O-phthalic acid esters main plasticizer is the most widely used main plasticizer at present. It has many varieties, high yield, and has the characteristics of light color, low toxicity, good electrical properties, small volatile parts, less odor and low temperature resistance. (6) two isobutyl phthalic acid (DIBP). A colorless transparent liquid, used by DIBP in the PVC agricultural film, has been found to cause rice rot rot due to its precipitation.
(7) benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP). Transparent oil - like liquid, dissolved in organic solvents and hydrocarbons, insoluble in water. The critical plasticizing temperature of BBP to PVC is 96-100 C.
(8) phthalic acid two methyl ester (DMP). Colorless oil like liquid, microstrip aromatic odor, insoluble in water at normal temperature, mixed with fatty hydrocarbons, and well soluble with most of the resins.
(9) two ethyl ortho - benzoate (DEP). Colorless oil like liquid, non-toxic, microstrip aromatic odor, soluble in most organic solvents.
(10) phthalic acid - hexyl hexyl hexyl ester (DCHP). A white crystalline powder with aromatic odor. Soluble in most organic solvents, it is completely dissolved in hot gasoline and mineral oil, and is slightly soluble in ethylene glycol and some amine.
(11) two octyl terephthalate (DOTP). The physical properties of DOTP and DOP are similar, and the mechanical properties of the products are similar, but the volatile parts of DOTP are much smaller than that of DOP.
