The influence of the dosage of polyol on coating properties. In synthesis of elastic crosslinking agent, soft segment of raw materials mainly is linear with hydroxyl-terminated polyether and/or polyester, hard segment of raw materials mainly diisocyanate and small molecular polyol, including the dosage of the polyols to dry coating, had a greater influence on the mechanical properties, surface hardness, wear resistance, etc. In this paper, the effect of the dosage on the coating properties of polyols was investigated.
With the increase of dosage of TMP, hardness content in the coating system, on the one hand, the constrained flexible macromolecule free rotation, on the other hand due to intermolecular hydrogen bonding interaction to strengthen, promote the orientation and orderly arrangement of rigid chain segments, therefore, to improve the strength of the coating, surface hardness, wear resistance and the dosage of TMP is too much, coating brittleness increases, elongation at break decreased, will affect the abrasion resistance and adhesion. In combination, the dosage of polyols was determined to be about 12%.
Effect of fluorine resin on coating performance.
