Flame retardant for epoxy resin products

The Product Has A High Efficiency Flame Retardant, Low Volatility, High Thermal Stability, Water Resistance, Alkali Stable And Soluble In Most Organic Substances, Processing Performance, With Plastic, Moisture, Anti-Static, Anti-Pull, Anti-Compression Performance. Widely Used In Unsaturated Polyester, Polyurethane Foam, Epoxy Resin, Phenolic Resin, Rubber, Soft Polyvinyl Chloride, Synthetic Fibers And Other Plastics And Coatings At High Temperature Pyrolysis, Can Be Used As Emulsifier And Explosion-Proof Agent.
Epoxy resin and epoxy resin curing agent affects the development of the industry. As industrial control indexes of resin are as follows:

The waterborne epoxy resin curing agent commonly used emulsion method to prepare waterborne epoxy resin emulsion. The epoxy resin in this system is generally not emulsified in advance, and emulsified by waterborne epoxy curing agent before mixing. Therefore, the curing agent must be both a curing agent and an emulsifier.
According to the different preparation methods, there are four methods of waterborne epoxy resin: mechanical method, chemical modification method, reverse conversion method and curing agent emulsification method.
The mechanical method is direct emulsification method, colloid mill, ball mill, all available apparatus will advance into micron solid epoxy resin epoxy resin powder, then adding emulsifier aqueous solution, by mechanical stirring the particles dispersed in water; or the epoxy resin and the mixed emulsifier, heated to proper temperature, stirring in the fierce gradually add water emulsion formed.
The advantages of the preparation of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion by using mechanical method is a simple process, the required amount of emulsifier is less, but the emulsion of epoxy resin dispersed phase particle size larger, irregular shape and particle size distribution is wide, the emulsion stability deserves to have difference between the particles easily collision occurred while the phenomenon of condensation, and film properties the emulsion is poor.
