Low temperature crosslinking agent for epoxy powder coating is a kind of imidazoline with cyclamidine chemical structure. It can also be used as a crosslinking promoter for epoxy powder coating cryogenic crosslinking agent. It is used for pure epoxy powder coating or epoxy - polyester mixed powder coating. The catalytic effect of 2-methymidazole was mild and similar.

1. Can be used as epoxy powder coating with high reaction active crosslinking agent. Add 5 ~ 7% of the amount of epoxy.
2. It can be used as the crosslinking promoter of the epoxy powder coating or epoxy-polyester mixed powder coating, and can increase the luster appropriately. The added amount is 0.05 ~ 0.3% of the total formula.
3, due to the low temperature crosslinking agent epoxy powder coating has high reactivity, so in the process of epoxy powder coating production, extrusion temperature should be controlled in < 100 ℃ condition, in order to prevent the happen of gel.
4, in epoxy powder coating can be used as a quick crosslinking agent and crosslinking agent, meet 15 min ~ 200 ℃ 130 ℃ * * crosslinking conditions of 5 min. The low temperature crosslinking agent of epoxy powder coating can be used as a more effective rapid crosslinking accelerator with other active crosslinking agents.
5. Also due to the high activity of low-temperature crosslinking agent in epoxy powder coating, the storage stability problem should be paid attention to when it is used as crosslinking agent. Itself can agglomerate, made into powder should also be in store below 25 ℃.
