Epoxy plasticizer is a kind of plasticizer produced by epoxidation of vegetable oil or unsaturated fatty acid. The main epoxidized linseed oil and unsaturated fatty acids epoxidized soybean oil, epoxidized butyl ester, such as epoxy, epoxy octyl oleate, oleic acid decyl ester epoxy. (E), (f), (g) are all kinds of compounds containing alkyl or ester based epoxy groups on cyclohexane ring, and this kind of epoxy plasticizer is most inefficient.
The epoxy plasticizer contains a small amount of residual unoxidized unsaturated structure, because the compatibility with PVC is poor. Because of the high price, the function of the stabilizer is mainly used in the process of plastic processing, which can only be used as an auxiliary plasticizer. The general dosage is only 5%~25% of the total plasticizer, and 2~10phr is used in the soft products.
Use of two octyl terephthalate (plasticizer DOTP)
1.DOTP has good electrical and thermal properties. It can be used to replace DOP in the sheath of PVC plastic wire and can also be used in the production of artificial leather membrane.
