With toluene diisocyanate (w) and poly (propylene glycol - 400 (PPo - 4 oo) as raw material, acetone as the solvent, sodium bisulfite as sealing agent, adopt the method of external emulsification, synthesized a kind of sealing type polyurethane crosslinking agent.
The performed is studied and the influence of various factors in the process of sealing side, the results show that when n (NCO)/n (OH) is 2.4, the performed temperature (65 + 1) ℃, the reaction time of 90 min, the mass fraction of 25% sodium bisulfite, promoter of sodium sulfite and the sodium bisulfite mole fraction ratio 0.2, sealing and temperature 0 ~ 5 ℃, sealing side time is 4 omin, emulsifier AEO 9 and the ratio of the OEP - 982 for 3:2, mass fraction 4% of the sealing and product quality, high shear emulsifying 15 min, can form a stable emulsion.

This experiment adopts the 2, 4. Xylene diisocyanate (TDI), polypropylene glycol (PPG - 400) 400, sodium bisulfite, emulsifier AEO 9 and OEP - 982, by the performed, sealing side, and three phase emulsification enclosed waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by crosslinking agent, as a reactive dye wet rubbing fastness to improve agent for the dyeing of cotton fabric, fabric color fastness has improved significantly.
