Pt910/912 is a mixture crosslinking agent of polyacid glycolide and diglycolic acid in the development of Huntsman.
Compared with TGIC, this mixture of crosslinking agent eliminates its ecological toxicity, but it still has certain contact toxicity and severe irritation. The softer the polyethylene wax, the lower the inherent slip, the better the anti-scratch performance. Fischer-tropsch wax is a molecular type of straight-chain saturated hydrocarbons from C52H106 to C56H114. It is obtained when the carbon monoxide hydrogenation is obtained, and it can be improved when the addition amount is < 1%. A mixture of Fischer Tropsch wax and polytetrafluoroethylene can be used when the solvent resistance of the film is required.
Fischer-tropsch wax can be considered as the wax of the high melting point, because the molecular weight is low, so it is better lubricity than the (modified) polyethylene, which is used when the resistance to nail damage is stronger.
The low molecular weight hydroxy silicone resin is also sometimes used to improve the performance of the scratches, with a maximum of 0.5 per cent.
The MDI crosslinking agent, which is the main enclosure of epsilon - caprolactam, was selected to improve the penetration and crosslinking temperature of the final cathodic electrophoretic coating.
Raw material of crosslinking agent for cathode electrophoretic coating: MDI; Epsilon - caprolactam; Dibutyltin dilaurate; Methyl isobutyl ketone; Ethylene glycol ether, Ethylene glycol butyl ether; Polyether 204; Polyether 210; Additives.
The crosslinking agent is prepared by sealing agent. In clean glass beaker, according to the proportion of table 1, add the relevant raw material separately, and stir evenly at normal temperature, set aside. When the occlusive B and C are prepared, if there is an epsilon - caprolactam crystal after stirring, it can be stirred and heated until there is no visible crystal granule. But heat up to be able to dissolve, not too high.
