General dark dosage is 30% ~ 50%, medium color usage 20% ~ 30%, light color usage 10% ~ 20%. Of course, the amount of adhesives is determined by the amount of solids and the quality. Common catalysts such as magnesium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate, citric acid, tartaric acid etc.

After the pigment printing, curing temperature is one of the important factors that ensure the printing fastness, should be in commonly 130 ~ 130 ℃ baking 3 ~ 5 min, and it is best to use hot air curing. With steam curing fastness to 0.5 1 level lower than the hot air (scrub), using the crosslinking or with 6 md catalyst with steaming fixation, wash fastness most is unqualified, reason should be high temperature baking, medium in hot air is most ideal. The specific baking temperature and time are different from the catalysts used.
