Carbamide/polyurethane coating crosslinking agent[Glycoluril & PU]
Ganourea Powderlink 1174 is mainly used for the preparation of outdoor wrinkles [wrinkle finish] powder coating, which can be used in conjunction with hydroxy polyester.
Powderlind1174 by Florida exposure and artificial accelerated aging test show that the weatherability and TGIC fairly, the disadvantage is that crosslinking reaction need special catalyst, crosslinking with methanol, difficult, so the application is restricted, but in the presence of suitable catalysts to the preparation of wrinkles type (Wrinkle) powder.
Another one that can be used for hydroxypolyester is isocyanate, which is made up of a powder system called polyurethane powder coating. Because the isocyanate has strong activity, can't use it directly used as crosslinking agent, must first addition reaction with end capping agent again sealing and stable material formed under a certain temperature.
When the agent is heated to a certain temperature, the agent dissociates from the highly active isocyanate group, which is then formed by the hydroxyl polyester.
