A high build epoxy heavy-duty coating with crosslinking agent,A high build epoxy heavy-duty coating type the full name of two-component thick slurry can be coated with epoxy anticorrosive paint. The paint used in the problems and solutions
1, the paint peeling off: it could be because of the surface is too smooth, if the coating is a light paint or powder (plus untreated paste coating), new paint on the surface is not firm. Or may be a rusty spot decayed wood or metal, there are also was peeling paint quality is bad. A small area of the paint peeling, can use sand paper burnish, then wipe on be bored with child, brush on priming paint, go up afresh again lacquer. The loss must be all the paint stripping of large area, besmear again.
2, air bubble, needle: not completely volatile solvent in the coating, the surface is dry, the surface is volatile, summit if bursting needle, if heavily silted for bubbles. Therefore:
(1) if the table dry too fast, when residual air bubbles in the paint, crosslinking agent and water reaction product carbon dioxide to run away;
(2) one-time thick coating; Layer between the interval time is not enough;
(3) the construction temperature is too high, resulting in table dry too fast, crosslinking agent and water reaction too much produce excess carbon dioxide;
(4) coatings (including diluent) or by coating the surface moisture content is too high, the environment temperature is too high, can lead to the side effects of crosslinking agent and water to produce large amounts of carbon dioxide bubbles;
(5) crosslinking agent amount too much, especially more bubbles under high temperature

Prevention and control, and the solution:
(1) to adjust the solvent evaporation rate, appropriate to add slow drying solvent, such as cyclohexanone, CAC, etc; Paint mixing, let stand for about 20 minutes, stir to evaporate into the air in the process of;
(2) a not thick coating; Each spraying interval time not too short;
(3) control the temperature of the spray room and dry room, such as the burning hot summer, appropriate chooses the temperature is lower in the morning or evening coating; Avoid direct sunlight, etc., are sometimes painted a fresh from the hot sun into painting room, the coated objects are high temperature, should be placed after cooling to room temperature for a period of time for painting;
(4) avoid temperature too high temperature environment construction, especially of polishing after the water after being fully dry by coating the surface moisture; Summer sweating heavily, avoid to touch the coated before spraying;
(5) the correct ratio of crosslinking agent, in high temperature and high humidity season, slightly lower ratio of crosslinking agent.
